Secret™RF

Secret™RF combines microneedling and radiofrequency (RF) treatments . Tiny needles transfer RF to the correct layers of skin to treat acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, and other signs of aging. 

Microneedling

Microneedling treatment penetrates the skin with tiny needles, causing the skin’s healing responses to engage. Microneedling is used to stimulate the body’s own collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, skin texture, stretch marks, and skin laxity.

Photorejuvenation

Our laser skin rejuvenation treatment uses laser light to address areas of pigmentation or uneven skin tone, such as brown spots from sun damage or vascular blemishes. Laser treatments are very effective for treating these concerns. 

Sublime

This skin-contouring treatment combines bipolar radiofrequency and optical energy to precisely heat the dermal tissue. This stimulates collagen production within the target treatment area, resulting in improved facial contours.

Sublative

This treatment addresses textural irregularities such as acne scars and stretch marks, in addition to mild to moderate wrinkles. Energy is applied to the skin through a matrix that targets some cells and leaves others alone, resulting in the production of new collagen and healthy skin cells. 

PicoWay® Laser

The PicoWay® Resolve treats acne scars and wrinkles using sub-surface ablation . Resolve is a treatment for pigmentation, skin rejuvenation, toning, and textural irregularities. Its ultra-short laser pulses help protect the outer skin from damage.

Most people will be good candidates for at least some of these procedures. All have their own requirements. Some treatments should not be used on irritated skin or rashes. We can help you decide which procedures will work best for your needs.

Most of these treatments involve a wand or other handheld device that is moved over the skin. They use different types of energy, including radiofrequency waves and laser light. 

Most of the procedures are not painful, but numbing can be applied to the skin for treatments that people find uncomfortable. Depending on the type of procedure, you may feel tingling or warmth.

Downtime varies based on the procedure. For some treatments, you may be able to go back to normal activities immediately, but others may take time to heal. Possible side effects include redness and swelling in the treated area.

In general, all of these procedures will provide healthy-looking results. Your skin will look more even-toned and clear . Wrinkles, lines, and scarring will become less visible. 

Some treatments will show results immediately. Others will require some time or several treatments for optimal results. The results of treatments that stimulate collagen production and remodeling will improve over time as new collagen develops.
